Tracy Hanson: A Rising Star at Pell Place Association
The Pell Place Association is proud to recognize Tracy Hanson, manager at PMP Management, whose impact since joining in May 2024 has been nothing short of remarkable. In a short time, Tracy has earned the respect and trust of the Board of Directors and owners through her dedication, professionalism, and results-driven approach.
Pell Place Association is a condominium complex in Carmel Valley, San Diego, with amenities like a fitness center, dog run, and putting green. Under Tracy’s leadership, the Pell Place community has seen significant improvements, reflecting her commitment to excellence and positive change.
Community Enhancements
Tracy has overseen a number of projects to enhance the community’s shared spaces, including:
- A deep cleaning of all BBQs.
- The purchase of new patio furniture for everyone to enjoy.
- Extensive care and renewal of our interior landscaping.
- Power washing of common areas and trash rooms.
- A thorough cleaning of all exterior windows.
Landscaping and Maintenance
The Pell Place community’s exterior has also received a major facelift thanks to Tracy’s efforts. She secured a new and improved contract with Pacific Green Landscape and coordinated significant upgrades from Moon Valley Nursery. On the maintenance front, Tracy successfully completed the SB326 inspection and managed essential repairs to the roof, cast iron pipes, and exterior lighting.
Community Engagement
Beyond the physical improvements, Tracy has also focused on bringing the community together by organizing a highly successful Annual Social event that promises to be a community favorite for years.
