Villa Mar’s Dedicated Leader, Board President Lisa Pieropan’s Tireless Efforts
Villa Mar in Mira Mesa is thriving under the dedicated leadership of its Board President, Lisa Pieropan. Since taking on the role, Lisa has confronted decades of critical deferred maintenance head-on, volunteering an astounding 40 to 60 hours per week to project engineer more than 75 essential restoration projects.
Her unwavering commitment has not gone unnoticed. The Association’s manager, a seasoned professional with 40 years of experience in the HOA industry, attests that he has never witnessed a director dedicate such an extraordinary amount of personal time and effort.
Lisa’s vision extends beyond mere repairs. She has also championed several impactful community projects, most notably the Association’s popular Edible Landscape Project. This initiative has fostered a greater sense of community and provided residents with access to fresh, locally grown produce, significantly enhancing their quality of life.
Lisa has also been instrumental in integrating sustainable and green practices into all of Villa Mar’s projects. Her forward-thinking approach ensures that the Villa Mar community not only addresses its current needs but also embraces environmentally responsible solutions for the future.
